*** tristafantastic has been on livejournal for a damned long time, just not necessarily here on this journal. She would link the old ones but, alas, that part of her life is long over. With every new chapter, a new journal is something she needs to use to redefine herself. She likes to leave those things that have passed behind because there is no point in revisiting things that one cannot change except for to use them as lessons to avoid making the same mistakes.

*** tristafantastic is in love with music. She is currently digging Fall Out Boy`s Folie a Deux and has been listening to it obsessively since they started leaking their own songs onto itunes. She can speak french, so every time someone who can’t pronounces the album name, she fights very hard not to cringe. She is also digging The Cab's Whisper War and Empires' Howl.

*** tristafantastic lives in Canada. In Ontario, in fact. She resides in a small “city” that 53 thousand people inhabit called North Bay which is kind of situated between two lakes but is absolutely surrounded by bodies of water. She calls it a cultural wasteland but truthfully, the city is absolutely beautiful, aesthetically. The people who live there are interesting, sometimes in a good way but most times in a bad way.

*** tristafantastic wishes she had the power to fix everyone in the world that wanted to be fixed.

*** tristafantastic is an English Major at Nipissing University. She took four years to get back to school and now that she’s there, she’s absolutely loving it.

*** tristafantastic is married seperated.

*** tristafantastic likes to write and paint and draw but she doesn’t think she’s particularly talented at any one thing. It doesn’t matter though, because she enjoys doing these things.

*** tristafantastic likes to read. Her favourite books at the moment are (predictably) Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk and Fluke by Christopher Moore.

*** tristafantastic has many acquaintances but not many people she actually calls friend. She is very good at making deep connections with people but fails utterly for the most part at keeping in touch with anyone.

*** tristafantastic wants to be alone for the rest of her life more than anything else in the world. Random hook ups are good enough for now :P

*** tristafantastic works at Euphoria Smoothies at the Main Street location. There, she spends her days mixing fruit together to form a delightfully smooth and tasty frozen treat. She’s become anti-banana since beginning to work there and has also become a very picky eater. She doesns’t know if there are any connections to these facts.

*** tristafantastic is a vegetarian. She is also lactose intolerant but does not have the self control to stay away from cheese.

*** tristafantastic was straight edge before becoming a student. Now she thrives on coffee but still stays far far away from Alcohol and Drugs. She does not plan on abusing any substances other than precious caffeine, ever.

*** tristafantastic has a somewhat interesting background. She was raised by a single mother with severe mental illnesses and also belongs to a rarely there alcoholic father. She spent much of her childhood caring for her younger brother and sister.

*** tristafantastic has recently begun to find herself.

*** tristafantastic wants to get to know YOU too, so please comment her and introduce yourself. She loves to get to know new people and hear their stories, even if these people will only ever exist to her on the internet.
